Most items sold by Kroll International may be returned for credit within 20 days from the ship date.
To initiate the return, simply call customer service and receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. All returns must clearly show our RA# on the outside of the package. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. We cannot accept returns with retail price tags.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. You must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, your account will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the item less a restocking fee of $4.95 per item or 15%-whichever is greater. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
